Terms of Service
Last updated August 24, 2026.
By accessing or using TakJob websites, apps, or related services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services are provided in beta. Features may change, break, or be discontinued. We may suspend access for maintenance, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You will not misuse the Services—including scraping at unreasonable rates, attempting to bypass security, or harassing other users.
Candidate responsibilities
Candidates are responsible for ensuring that profile and resume facts are accurate and for answering application-specific screening questions, assessments, and interview questions. Application allowances, subscriptions, or credits may limit how many applications or AI-tailored submissions can be made in a period.
Recruiter responsibilities
Recruiters must represent a legitimate company or hiring mandate, publish accurate role information, maintain current job status, and use candidate information only for authorized hiring purposes. TakJob may verify recruiter identity or company association and may suspend misleading or inactive listings.
AI-assisted tailoring
AI features are intended to update the presentation of a candidate's existing resume and profile. They are not intended to create unsupported experience. Candidates should review the information associated with their profile and application history.
Your content
Content you submit remains yours. You grant TakJob a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Service availability and liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited as permitted by law; in no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the greater of one hundred dollars or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
